A.S.A.P.: The Association for the Study of the Arts of the Present is an international, nonprofit association dedicated to discovering and articulating the aesthetic, cultural, ethical, and political identities of the contemporary arts. As part of its annual activities, The Association for the Study of the Arts of the Present hosts conferences and symposia that bring internationally recognized scholars and creative artists together to discuss and debate the latest developments in the literary, visual, and performing arts. ASAP Reception at MLA!

Come say hello to everyone and chill out at a cash-bar reception/convivial at the MLA convention in Los Angeles! It'll be listed on the program as a Business Meeting and Reception, but we promise primarily drinks and conversation.

The ASAP reception/convivial will be held at the Los Angeles Marriott on January 8, from 8:45-10:00 p.m. Room is yet to be determined.
